Hello Everyone,

I have been asked to tell everyone a little about myself. So here goes. I am and have always been a horse lover. Raised on a farm where life was very basic. through many years of living, I have come to understand and know that is where life really should be. So, lets get back to the basics with our life and children. Children who are raised with basic values and morals, as a rule turn out to be healthy adults.

Seems like David and I have been married all of our lives. We have raised four children, three girls and a boy, who are now parents themselves. Now, we have super grandchildren and "back to the basics" is of huge importance to us. Hopefully you will board your horse at our "Overnight Stable", and go to the "Walterboro Rodeo".

While at the Double D take a few minutes to love and pet our rescue horses. A simple carrot or handful of feed goes a long way. If you would like to adopt one of these beautiful horses or donate to their care, please do so through the colleton County SPCA. Identify your desire to adopt or contribution as "Rescue Horses" so the monies will go directly into their fund.  All of this money is used for their care only.
